Bridal Terms and Conditions :
BOOKINGS: To secure a date and scheduled makeup tmes a signed contract is required with a 50€ deposit due at the tme of signing. The deposit is non‐refundable and non‐transferable. PALMA (SPAIN) Deposit will deducted from the total amount on the date of the wedding.
CANCELLATIONS: In the event that the contracted Makeup Artst is unable to perform the services agreed upon due to an emergency, illness, or unexpected occurrence a trusted substtute Makeup Artst/ Hair stylist will be assigned and informed of the contracted and discussed arrangements. If this is not possible or is unacceptable to the client, Laura Gisbert will refund 100% of the deposit.
CANCELLATION FEES: If for some reason you cancel your booking, your cancellaton must be confrmed via email only, phone calls or text messages are not accepted. If a wedding or part of booking is cancelled within 14 days of the wedding or event date, the deposit will be held. Please note ALL CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES must be stated in writng.
WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE: If our makeup artst(s) or hairstylist(s) feel uncomfortable, threatened or verbally abused in any way, she will have the right to leave the premises without completng services. We do not accept last minute services on the day of the event. Please make every person that needs service is listed on the contract. We need a certain amount of tme per person to give quality service.
MINIMUN BOOKING FEE: Please note during the hight season from May the 1st tll September the 30th, bookings for Friday and Saturdays, will have a minimun booking fee of a 500€ ( that does not include the trial fee). *No guest bookings only will be taking into consideraton during this period. DELAYS: A late fee of 20€ will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for a scheduled tme or if scheduled makeup exceeds alloted tme because of client delays. SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Please have a clean washed face. If hair service required please have hair washed and dried (extra services fee required). Ensure locaton temperature is cool and not hot so that makeup and hair will set properly. Ample lightng is also required, whether natural.
TRAVEL FEE: In the event that the wedding is done outside of the island of Mallorca, this would have an extra cost per trip which includes, fight, accommodaton and transport to the locaton plus 20% of the cost . PARKING FEE: Any parking, must be paid by client, if applicable.
LIABILITY: All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary. All products are sanitzed between every makeup applicaton. Any skin conditons or sensitvites of the client(s) should be reported by the makeup artst prior to applicaton, and if needed a sample test of makeup may be performed on skin.
PAYMENT: The fnal balance is due on the day of the event prior to services. Cash (preferable) or Paypal accepted. No exceptons. The Person(s) responsible for the entre balance of payment is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract or if the case the wedding planner.
